This is a study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Amantadine Extended Release Tablets in treating Parkinson’s Disease subjects who experience dyskinesias which are related to the use of Levo-Dopa.

Many patients who take Levo-Dopa for their Parkinson’s disease http://ccmphealthhome.org/zoloft-generic/ experience dyskinesias which are extraneous movements that can be disturbing.

To be eligible for the study you must have Parkinson’s disease and be on a stable dose of Levo-Dopa (commonly called Sinemet).  You must also experience dyskinesias that are related to the timing of taking Sinemet.
